# /filters/users/organizations - Get available organizations for filtering users

**GET /filters/users/organizations**

Get list of organizations available for filtering users (requires read:users permission).
Returns all organizations the user can access based on RBAC hierarchy.
Unlike /filters/systems/organizations, this returns all accessible organizations
regardless of whether they have systems associated.
